The subject property consists of three contiguous land parcels located along the south side of Rangeline Road in the Town of Deerbrook, Langlade County, Wisconsin. The parcels range from 37.831 acres to 42.049 acres and amount to a combined land area of 121.66 acres, or 5,299,746 square feet. The overall site consists of both level and rolling topography with numerous low-lying areas. A portion of the site consists of dense forest with a mix of both evergreen and deciduous trees; the remaining portion of the site is majority low-lying area. An active creek known as Black Brook runs diagonally through the property.
