Kari Goodman was born and raised in Reedsburg, WI. In 2002 she opened her dance studio, Creative Motion Dance, and has since successfully served over 900 students from Reedsburg and the surrounding communities. Kari is excited to turn some of the same creativity, passion, and attention to detail she has utilized over the years in the studio and on the competition stage towards her new venture in real estate.
With a degree in Marketing Communications, Kari is ready to help you with your buying and selling needs. As a proud Castle Rock Realty family member, Kari brings years of customer service, hard work, and integrity to everything she does.
When Kari isn't helping toddlers perfect their plies, she enjoys traveling, exploring what the state offers, and spending quality time with her family and close friends.
Jim has been a local business owner/operator for over 30 years. Since starting Concept Printing Company in his garage it has since grown to be the only remaining print and sign shop in Juneau County and now has a national customer base. Jim has a passion and energy for delivering exceptional customer service and being a resourceful problem solver who strives to live by his motto “Make it Happen!”. Jim understands that success is not just about getting the job done, but also about building strong trusting relationships with his clients.
When not managing impossible print deadlines, Jim can often be found working on or creating another project around the Meadow Valley Log Home that he built when he was 21 years old where he still resides today. He also enjoys cooking/grilling, getting out on Castle Rock Lake by boat or snowmobile and most recently trying to make plants grow in the sand (Gardening).

Maggie spent 20 years as an Estimator and Independent Adjuster in the general construction and insurance restoration industries. She became curious about exploring opportunities to further build on the knowledge gained from prior career experiences and found that real estate was the perfect match for her. For numerous years, she traveled to the Castle Rock Lake area for vacation and fell in love with the area from the very first visit. It felt just like her homeland of Poland. Maggie and her husband decided to permanently reside in Wisconsin to enjoy all of the wonder and natural beauty the area has to offer. Having been through the buying and selling process herself, Maggie can personally relate to the various stages and emotions that a buyer and seller go through.
