Here are some nationwide facts about the housing market today. Homes in foreclosure in 2008 were at 4.6%; today are at 0.6%. Mortgage delinquency was at 10.1% in 2008, at 3.6% today. Subprime loans were prevalent in 2008, and today there are virtually none.
